The taxon is monophyletic according to the analyses of ITS dataset (Gaya et al., 2011; Vondrák et al., 2018).
To ascertain determinations, the most similar sequences were downloaded, aligned using MUSCLE (Edgar, 2004) and clustered using PhyML (Guindon et al., 2010) in SeaView ver. 4.7. (Gouy et al., 2010).
Lichen substances were identified by thin layer chromatography (in solvents A, B and C) in the Laboratory of Lichenology and Bryology of Komarov Botanical Institute of RAS according to the methods of Orange et al. (2001).

Tables

Tables must be self-explanatory and provided with a full title. Each table should be presented on separate page outside the main text.

Figures

All drawings, diagrams, graphs and photos are considered as Figures. Line drawings and photographs of microstructures must be provided with a scale bar. Each figure should be submitted in a separate file (pdf, jpg, tif or eps files are accepted). Printed figures are usually black-and-white; still, colour images can be published in the electronic version of FCE. Printing of colour images is exceptional and earlier consulting with Editor-in-Chief is necessary.
