Keskkonnahumanitaaria / Environmental Humanities

Kati Lindström – PhD, semiootika, antropoloogia, keskkonnaajaloo ja geograafia taustaga keskkonnahumanitaar, keda huvitab isiklike väärtushinnangute, suure poliitika ja keskkonna omavaheline põimumine loodus- ja kultuuripärandikaitses. Ta on töötanud Eesti, Jaapani ja Antarktika ainesega. Kati Lindström on Euroopa Keskkonnaajaloo Assotsiatsiooni Balti riikide esindaja ning seniste BALTEHUMSi konverentside peakorraldaja.

Kati Lindström – PhD, Researcher in Environmental Humanities with a background in semiotics, anthropology, environmental history and geography. Consistently interested in the interplay between personal values, grand politics and the environment in protection policies, she has worked on the issues of environmental and cultural heritage protection in Estonia, Japan, and Antarctica. She is the ESEH Regional Representative for the Baltic States and the main organiser of the BALTEHUMS conferences.
