kliimamuutuste haridus, täiendõpe, piirkondliku kliimapoliitika eestvedamineKokkuvõte
Piirkonnad saavad sobivaid meetmeid kasutusele võttes kliimamuutusi leevendada ja nendega kohanemist toetada. Selle uuringu raames küsisime Soome Pirkanmaa maakonna avaliku sektori organisatsioonide kliimastrateegia koostamise ja rakendamisega tegelevate töötajate arvamust selle kohta, mida on vaja kliimapoliitika eestvedamiseks piirkondlikus organisatsioonis. Kirjeldame piirkondliku tasandi avaliku sektori organisatsioonides töötavate kliimamuutuste leevendamise ja nendega kohanemisega tegelevate juhtide ehk kliimapoliitika juhtide omadusi ressursside, protsesside, probleemide ja motivatsiooni kaudu ning piirkondlikul tasandil kliimapoliitika eestvedamiseks vajalikke pädevusi. Selle uuringu eesmärk on toetada hariduse kavandamist selliselt, et see vastaks paremini piirkondliku kliimapoliitika elluviijate vajadustele.
