Abstract

Uuringu eesmärk on ettevõtlusõpetajate kogemuste analüüsi alusel selgitada, kuidas rakendatakse ettevõtlusõpet Eesti kutsehariduses, keskendudes uurimisküsimusele, kuidas arendatakse ettevõtluspädevust ja rakendatakse  ettevõtluspedagoogikat Eesti kutsehariduses. Teoreetiline lähenemine tugineb sotsiaal-konstruktivistlikest õppimisteooriatest lähtuvale lõimitud pedagoogika lähenemisele ning ettevõtluspädevuse mudelile. Andmestiku moodustavad 26 ettevõtlusõpetajaga tehtud intervjuud, millest osa on tehtud 2018., osa 2019. ja osa 2020. aasta kevadel. Fenomenoloogilise lähenemise raames kasutame induktiivset andmeanalüüsi meetodit. Tulemustest selgub, et ettevõtlusõpe on peamiselt ettevõtlikkuse toetamisele suunatud, sihtrühma spetsiifikat arvestav ja praktiline. Praktilise kogemuse ja eneseregulatiivse teadmise dialoogi puudumine teoreetilisega ning viimase nõrkus on peamised vajakajäämised ettevõtlusõppe pedagoogikas.
