Eesti Haridusteaduste Ajakirja erinumber koondab rahvusvahelise koostöö tulemusi, tuues esile nii teaduslikud järeldused kui ka praktikas rakendatavad parimad meetodid. Rahvusvaheline teadustöö ei piirdu ühe riigi või institutsiooni kontekstiga, vaid hõlmab eri kultuurilise, teadusliku ja institutsionaalse taustaga ekspertide kogemusi. See mitmekesisus rikastab nii teoreetilisi teadmisi kui ka nende rakenduslikku väärtust. Teadustööd toetavad arendusprojektid ja süstemaatilised kirjanduse analüüsid, mis võimaldavad koondada olemasolevat teadmist, hinnata selle kvaliteeti ning tuvastada uurimislünki. Sellised vaatlused aitavad selgitada tegureid, mis soodustavad või takistavad viljakat koostööd.
