Ligikaudu kümme aastat on nn Rocardi raporti "Science education now: A renewed pedagogy for the future of Europe" avaldamisest saadik olnud loodusteaduslik ja matemaatikaharidus Euroopa Liidus varasemast suurema tähelepanu all.
